A staged bicycle courier accident in the lobby of the Museum of Art in Łódź violently disrupts theinstitution’s routine. Mateusz Pecyna and Maciej Zieliński bring a figure from the gig economy - marked by prec arious, on-demand labor, into the protected space of the mus eum. They point to unlikely neighbours who might enter such a space only through an extraordinary, accidental event, exposing the contrast bet ween flexible, short-term work and the clos ed, formalized world of culture.
